In a world with infinite bits and bytes of information competing for our attention, it can be challenging to know what is Real. It seems at times that the more we learn, the less we know about who we are and why we exist. Surrounded by distracting thoughts and false images, we drown in a sea of uncertainty, questioning our value and the meaning of our lives. In my personal quest for knowledge, I have discovered that Truth is Real, Hope is Real, Love is Real, and God is Real. This album, in part, tells the story of that discovery. In the end, the only thing that matters is the love that we give and the relationships that we share with our fellow sojourners in mortality. Life truly is a dance, a precious gift that we can use to bless the lives of others. When at last I make that final trip down the River to meet my Creator, my only hope is that the gifts He has given me will bring joy to the ones I leave behind. This life is just a gift...so give your life away.
